River Investigations

Students grades 4–12 connect to the source of their drinking water as they learn rafting basics while our staff safely navigate them down the Trinity River. Along the journey groups discuss point and non-point pollution, perform a chemical analysis of the river’s water, and participate in a river clean-up. 

Time & seasonality: 10am–2pm Monday–Friday, year-round (weather permitting). Arrival/departure times are flexible.

What to bring: Bagged lunch, water. Dress to condititions. 

Group limit: 20-80

Price: $35 per person
