Internships

Join our WINGS intern program for a summer or spring semester.

Interns will learn from experts in the field of conservation education while gaining exposure to informal education techniques both inside and outside the classroom. Teaching topics may include birds, reptiles, general nature exploration, geology and fossils, food webs and exploration of different communities. Activities during the field trips may include interpretation of nature communities, nature hikes, pond or creek studies, animal interpretation, and more. Several of our interns have become full time Audubon employees. 

Time & seasonality

25 hours per week during the summer semester, June–July (three positions available).

Intership type

Paid.

Requirements

One year of college environment or education course work.
